Right to Return and Refund

All products have the right of withdrawal, so the customer can ask to return the product within 10 days from the date of delivery. The withdrawal right can be exercised with reference to specific products and services mentioned art. 55, D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code). The above code also requires that the user can not exercise the right of withdrawal in case of supply of certain goods and services including the following:

- Goods without the original packaging or warranty seal, on all items, broken or tampered.

- Goods tailored or personalized or which by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The customer has to exercise its right of cancellation by sending an e-mail at contatti@brunarosso.com referencing the order number. In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the user must deliver the shipment within 10 days from the date of receival. The products must be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not used, not damaged). The seal must not be removed or the return will not be accepted. Upon receival and verified that the product was delivered in accordance with those specifications, the company Bruna Rosso s.r.l. will refund within 15 days from the receipt the sum paid for the purchase, excluding shipping charges on customer's credit card or bank transfer.

Exchange of goods

It is possible to change with a different size, a different color of the same item or a different item.

There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return.

Credit Coupon

You can have a voucher worth your purchase in exchange. The voucher must be used in full within 3 months and is not valid for products on sale or on sale.

Refund

On orders paid by credit card we will send you proof of refund as soon as it is done.

The refund of orders paid by credit card will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement the month following the refund date. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.

In the event of a refund, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the product was wrong or defective.

No refund of customs duties is foreseen.
